After his bank apprenticeship, Klaus Biermann studied at Frankfurt School of Finance (HfB) in Frankfurt from 1997 to 2001. He gathered professional experience in client relationship management, in the institutional clients business and in derivatives and he also absolved several internships abroad. Afterwards, he worked in the sales department at Baring Asset Management and ran through different departments in Frankfurt, London and Paris. Since 2003, he is working in the field of recruiting and headhunting and built up the business for two consulting agencies in Germany and in Switzerland. In April 2009, he decided to launch his own business. Next to the buildup of the company, he spent a lot of time on the topic of Coaching and is absolving an education as a Coach at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.

The knowledge in Private and Investment Banking, which he acquainted over decades, and his outstanding longtime contacts are the fundaments of his success. Hellmut Schümperli began his career within an American securities company. Afterwards, he launched and headed an executive search and consulting company which operated in the financial industry and managed offices in the larger cities in Switzerland.  In the middle of the 90ies, he launched a consulting agency with around 40 employees as a managing director, which especially supported large international banks and settlement companies in different departments. Parallel to this, he initiated the foundation of a technical school in the field of securities in Zurich. Lately, he established an Asset Manager and supports us with his longtime experience.

Jonas Neff studied history and political science at the University of Berne. After a study visit in Italy, he worked in an executive search company in Berne for two and a half years. There, he collected valuable experience in recruiting specialists and executives for the first time. After an additional study visit and his graduation, he altered to a researcher within an international headhunter in Zurich, where he focused on Asset Management, Non-Traditional Asset Management and Private Banking. Through his clear focus, he has already collected a profound product know-how and a broad network of contacts. Jonas Neff started at BiermannPartners AG on the 1st of May 2009 as a Consultant.

Manuel Rehwald studied international management and international business administration at the International Business School Bad Nauheim and at the University of Sunderland, UK. He achieved a diploma in International Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Business Management. Shortly after his completed studies he joined an international headhunting company in Frankfurt, Germany as a Researcher for Capital Markets and Asset Management. Shortly after his completed studies he joined an international headhunting company in Frankfurt, Germany as a Researcher for Capital Markets and Asset Management. During this professional experience he was able to gather very important business contacts, and gained market and product knowhow. Further, he completed his studies and earned the title of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Shippensburg University of Sunderland, USA. Since February 1st 2010 Manuel joined BiermannPartners AG as a specialist for Capital Markets and Asset Management recruitment. In 2011 Manuel became responsible for our Office in Frankfurt and the German and Austrian Market. With his team he works out of our Frankfurt Office.

Bettina Schoch studied Media- and Communications at the University of Fribourg with an economics and English supplementary and spent one semester at the University of Ottawa in Canada. Besides her Master’s program, she completed several internships in marketing and attained due to study-related jobs first professional experiences. In the beginning of 2010 she moved to BiermannPartners Ident and Research department where she could acquire first valuable practice experience. As of mid 2010, Bettina Schoch strengthens the BiermannPartners AG Team as a Consultant and specializes on the areas Portfolio and Product Management.

Simon Jaenicke finished his Master Studies in Economics at Heidelberg University in 2010 with a German Diploma. In addition to his studies, he collected substantial experience in the financial industry as a working student of a German tier 1 bank and during an internship at a leading Private Equity Firm in Munich. In January 2011 Simon Jaenicke joined our team in Zurich as a Research Associate.

Franck Knayer studied Linguistics, Cultural and Civilization Studies and specialized in Sinology and Politics at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt Main. During his study,  he spent one semester at one of the best University in China, the University of Beijing. Shortly after his Bachelor degree, he joined an international recruitment consultancy in Frankfurt am Main where he collected valuable experience in recruiting professionels for the first time. Franck Knayer started at BiermannPartners AG on the 1st of May 2011 as a Research Associate.

Olivier Maeker was educated in both France and Switzerland and graduated from the European Business School in Zurich with a Bachelor Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership. He worked across a variety of business sectors where he was holding various managerial positions with multinational firms in the hospitality and professional services industry, both in Europe and the USA.  From 2010, Olivier has worked for an international recruiter where he was specializing in Legal & Compliance positions in the financial industry. Olivier joined BiermannPartners in August 2011 as Research Associate. Out of Zurich he practises headhunting with a focus on Legal & Compliance positions.
